3 tablespoons red hot wing sauce
1 cup sliced celery
1 cup shredded carrots
4 ounces mini fresh Mozzarella balls, cut in half
¼ cup sliced green onions
Blue cheese dressing, optional
1. In center of individual plates, place about ¾ cup warmed rice.
2. Have your child help you arrange the remaining ingredients around rice. Let them show their creativity by placing the ingredients in an “artistic” way.
